Tucson Winter - (day 1)

We have dinner at our house before we head for our trip to Tucson. We left our house around 9:00 p.m.. By the time we were passed Gilroy it was already 9:30 p.m. We got our gas near Los Banos at Shell/Petro, the price was $3.65/gallon. On the way to L.A., Odie was on my lap, before we know Odie went to the back and pee on the red sleeping bag. We have to find a gas station nearby to wash the sleeping bag. Not too long we reach the Flying J and we wash our sleeping bag. While we were washing, there was a young lady with the small dog on her arm, asking us for a ride to the hotel nearby. Tom told her that we don’t have any room for her, but if she don’t mine you can jump on to the back of the truck. She said “OK” while there was a young man comes over and talk to her, next thing we know she went with him. Then we keep on driving until we reach Monterey Park. Tom parked our truck at the 24 Hr Fitness underground parking lot in Atlantic Blvd. next to highway 10.  Tom went up inside and swims while I was waiting at the truck and I put Odie at the back of our truck so Odie could go to the bathroom. I have tried two times before Odie finally went. When Tom comes back we decides to sleep here, because it was enclose and warmer than outside.
