Tucson Spring Building - (Day 16)

4/6/13 (Saturday) -  Weather: Hot weather again, but little better than yesterday.

We did not wake up after 8:00 a.m. this morning. I made elbows macaroni for breakfast, and then we went outside to work on the large long frame.

But the weather was so hot, we did not get much done. The wind blew pretty hard. We tried to put temporary tarp on top of our building area, but the wind kept blowing the pole off its position. So we decided to go buy a gazebo shade. We went to Costco, but we did not found one. Then we went to Walmart to look, we found one 10x10 which is what we want.

Next we went to the Food City to fill up our 2 and 5 gallon water container. After that we drove back to our land and we started working on our big frame, since the weather cool down a little we were able to work faster. By the time the sun was almost down we were able to finish the big frame. Next we stood up the big frame with temporary support. While I was holding the big frame, Tom started screwing the big frame on to the floor platform.  I help Tom to stabilized the small frame and screwed it down before we stopped for the day.

I went back to the trailer to take a shower and started cooking pork chop for dinner. By the time we finished dinner, it was passed 10:40 p.m. and I started writing this journal before I went to bed.
