We woke up at the Desert Diamond
Casino. We drove along Valencia Rd to west side of town. Turned right at Camino Verde. Left turned into Aho Highway little distance and turn right into San Joaquin to see the first property.Tom took me to the $25,000 Desert Rose Dr., the house with the red pole and the side house with red color. (only 4 pictures). This property in on negotiated mode already.
Next we went to West Savi Pl to look at the land with a big concrete pad with broken fence, and fence pole foundation were coming out from the ground. The neighbor house and is very close to the fence. I don’t like it because the back had a lot of cactus and next to the deep ditch.
Then Tom drove to South Aldon Rd, which I like the land very much. The land had a nice scenery and open area.
Just two more blocks, we saw a sale sign with a adobe fence. The gate was missing, we walked inside and see more than one lot on sale. While there, I saw a coyote was passing through the land. I took a picture of this animal and walked back to our truck.
We also checked out the two adjacent RV park near the land we look at. They are Desert Trail and Justin Diamond RV park. Below is a strange looking saguaro in Desert Trail RV Park.
After finished seeing the land. We went to town and ate in Sonic Drive-in on Grant Road. Then we stroll around an old Chinese Supermarket on the same street. It had been there since Tom's old day.
Then we visited Foothill Mall on the north side of town next to La Cholla.
We went back to the Desert Diamond and went inside the casino . The prime rib buffet is $12.99 per person, we decided to wait until we got the club card so we can have 10% discount. Since I am not that hungry we decided to eat the buffet tomorrow. We went back to our trailer and I made dinner.
We spent a second night in Desert Diamond.
