Oregon Coast summer trip - (Day 6) - Coos Bay Mill Casino

7/12/12  (Thursday)

Chi at ANK called Tom in the morning to ask him why he did not answer the phone. Tom told him we did not have any signal until we moved to Coos Bay. He said he had an order of 20 (4 piece set) sets of Vespel part to be shipped on 23rd. After negotiated for a later ship date, Tom told him we would come back on Saturday the 21st to finish the parts.

We drove to the North Bend library front door in the parking lot and take a photo of the library hour.

We noticed that open hours (M-W from 11:00 – 8:00; T-F 11:00 - 6:00 Sat 12:00 – 5:00).   I found out this library DVD was not inside the case.  You need to use the library card to check out the DVD disc. But the Coos Bay library in downtown the DVD disc was inside the case, which I like this library better and the place was bigger then North Bend too. We went to the Thrift Store and bought a taper top small cat bowl (so the water will not spill out easily) pant (which is the style I like) jacket (which is blue color and have a zipper for the packet, which both of us can wear it) and two plates (one super large over 12 inch in diameter).  Next stop we went to Safeway and looked for bread again. This time Tom finds $1.99 French Sandwich Bread in hard shell condition. I also got apple pie and Top Sirloin Steak (3.99/lb).  I wanted to go to the Walmart, but we needed to put the beef back to our trailer.  By the time we were back to our trailer it was passed 7:00 p.m. I was very hungry so I started cooking dinner.  We had Korean BBQ and squid and shrimp for dinner. Since we could not setup our propane to eat outside on the casino rv parking area, so we creatively put our Korean style cooking pan on the stove and sat on the plastic storage/bench in front of it. We turned on the stove’s fan and also the fantastic fan to suck out the smell. But during the BBQ I have to wipe clean the side wall next to the stove.

After dinner Tom drove me to Walmart again, so I could walk around the store.  I walked to the Jewelry Dept. and I saw a cute cat chain which is the same cat I saw it in the Jewelry internet.  I liked it very much, so I bought it.  Also I looked for sock which none of it has 100% cotton and I wanted color instead of white color. The closest one I found was 76% cotton, but it was white color.  I bought it anyway.

When we drove back to the trailer, we found that the Mill Casino RV parking lot will be having a RV big sale show starting tomorrow for the whole week.  We needed to move our trailer closer to the casino normal parking lot.

Tom found out that the underwear which I bought for him was too small, he wear median instead of small.  I needed to return to Walmart tomorrow. We watched some TV and then went to bed.
