Yuma - Day 3 (Pinot Knob RV Park)

7/11/10 (Sunday)

While Lawrence able to sleep and we were waiting for the trailer to cool off. Around 3:30 am, Tom told me we should turn off the power now, before the host found out we use their power. So Tom retrieved the power cable. We all went to sleep. Lawrence woke up at 5:20am complaining that was too hot and stuffy to sleep in the trailer. Then he went outside to cool himself off. At 6:00am I walked over to the host house and knocked on the door to see if they already woke up. But no one answered the door, I came back to the trailer and hooked the power back up a bit longer so Lawrence could go back to sleep for another couple hours.

Park host Ed was walking to seem doing exercise around the park. We went talk to him about our arrival and site choosing for cooling and internet reception. We went to see his partner Joy for the rent after our setup. I paid $125 cash to Joy for a one week stay at Pilot Knob RV Park.

We picked the #7 site to parked our trailer, later Tom learned that the WiFi service was limited, only 60 mega byte a day, after that every 60 megabyte will cost us $2.00 for each day.

We were very sleepy we all went to sleep until 4:30pm. We drove 9 miles to Yuma looking for our bank so we can get more cash. We found both of our bank closed to each other; I went to Chase Bank first to get $300 out from the ATM. We went to Walmart's McDonald in Pacific Blvd for lunch, it cost us $16.68. Tom found out that the eat-in tax cost us 11.4%. I saw there was a Wells Fargo ATM inside the Walmart parking lot, so we stopped by and took out $300 more.
